Refund Procedure
Refund requests will not be entertained if:
- You’ve selected an all-inclusive package.
- The primary design concept has been approved.
- Adjustments have been requested.
- The decision to cancel is for reasons unrelated to TM Design Sol.
- No communication has been received for over two weeks.
- The client has violated company policies.
- Another company or designer has been contacted for the same project.
- The creative brief lacks essential details.
- A complete redesign is requested.
- The claim exceeds the set timeframe.
- The company is undergoing a name or operational change.
- Refunds are not granted for non-service-related issues, such as “change of mind” or disagreements with partners.
- Refund requests are only granted for the specific service, not the entire package.
- Once the final files have been delivered, no refund requests will be processed.
- Free items are non-refundable.
- After 30 days, no refund will be issued for logos or websites.
- Services such as social media, SEO, domain registration, and web hosting are non-refundable.
- Website refunds are not permitted after client approval and handover to the developer.
- TM Design Solution reserves the right to refuse or terminate a project at any time. After a refund is processed, the design ownership reverts to TM Design Sol.

- Once refunded, the designs belong exclusively to TM Design Sol and will be submitted for copyright protection.

Delivery Procedure
All completed orders will be delivered to your account on the specified date, with a confirmation email sent. Turnaround times depend on your selected package, with a minimum of two business days required for delivery. Contact our customer service for urgent orders.
Maintenance of Records
We maintain records of your final designs for up to three months after delivery. If the client remains unresponsive for more than three months, the account will be marked as dormant, and a fee will be required to reactivate the project.
